Mobile Truck Repair Across the South Carolina Lowcountry
One Charleston base, the whole corridor covered
Fleet Doc is a mobile operation. There is no waiting room because there is no shop — the service truck is the shop, and it comes to wherever your truck stopped: the shoulder, the ramp, the truck stop lot, a plant yard or a distribution dock.
Our coverage is the full I-26 corridor from the Charleston port terminals to the I-95 junction at Exit 169, the I-95 segments north and south of that junction, and I-526 across North Charleston and into Mount Pleasant. Off the interstates we run Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester and Orangeburg counties.
Every town below has its own page with the actual exit numbers, the truck stops and weigh stations drivers use as landmarks, realistic response times and local questions answered. When you call, tell dispatch your interstate, your direction of travel, and the nearest exit or mile marker.

What to actually expect
Charleston metro calls typically run 30 to 60 minutes once a truck is rolling. Corridor towns run 45 to 90 minutes depending on how far up I-26 or I-95 you are and what is already in front of us. Orangeburg, at the far end, can run longer.
Those are honest windows, not sales numbers. When you call we will tell you where you actually sit in the queue, so you can decide whether to wait on us or call somebody closer. Nobody wins when a driver sits on a promise that was never good.
Dispatch is open 24 hours at (854) 205-1972.
